Inspired by the words and work of Nipun Mehta, I operate my practice on the principles of a gift economy:
trust, contribution, community, and abundance.
I trust that given the opportunity, people are generous.
I believe that it is more rewarding to contribute than to consume;
to live in community rather than in isolation;
and that the the gifts of the universe are abundant – that there is enough to meet all of our needs.
If you decide to book a session, I am able to offer it to you as a gift that has been made possible through the generosity of others. After your session, I will invite you to continue the chain of giving by paying-it-forward in whatever amount is appropriate for you. There is truly no “right” amount to give: some are able to give more, some less – in the end, I trust that there will be enough to sustain my practice.
